Foxcroft & Ginger is founded upon the principles of great British food, made with locally-sourced ingredients, given an original twist. Where possible we make everything in house. Our breads, pastries & cakes are made in our own bakery using premium flour direct from the mill. An example menu is available to download on the right.
We make all our breads using a sourdough base which means that no yeast is added to our mixture, which in turn makes our bread easier to digest. Our sourdough takes 48 hours to make, which gives the bread that wonderful deep flavour that you don't find with standard bread. Even our English Muffins are left to prove for a long period of time, creating a wonderful light and airy texture.
Our cakes and pastries are also made each day in our own bakery, ensuring they are as fresh as they can be each day.
We serve brunch, lunch and dinner everyday. Brunch is served until 4pm on weekdays and 5pm on weekends. Our flavoursome sourdough pizzas are served after this time.

We also launched the CRUFFIN, which is a hybrid mix of a Croissant and a Muffin.
Made using our secret sourdough croissant mix, which is carefully hand folded using the finest French butter and then baked like a muffin. These Cruffins are then filled with sweet and gooey centres. Dusted with cinnamon sugar, the Cruffins are crunchy and flaky on the outside and wickedly soft and gooey on the inside.
Flavours are currently: Eaton Mess, Raisin & Custard and Chocolate.
For the evenings we use our sourdough knowledge to create wonderful sourdough pizzas. The bases are light but crisp and have a deeper flavour than your standard pizza base. Toppings include the likes of: Pulled Pork, Smokey Tomato sauce, Bechamel & Halloumi. With prices that start at £7.00, you can't go wrong!
We have always taken our coffee extremely seriously. We currently use beans from Sydney based, The Roasting Party.
The majority of coffee is made on our sparkling 3 group
Synesso, but we also serve filter/brewed coffee. Please ask the Barista what seasonal beans we offer as we usually have a good selection of flavours. All our coffee is made using water that has been purified using reverse osmosis that takes out all the impurities in the water to give the coffee a smooth clean taste.
Therefore there should be nothing to take your senses away from the coffee!
All our teas are made from fresh tea leaves, supplied by Chash Tea.
We pride ourselves with offering a large range of unusual flavours. Along with the favourites we also have teas which change with the seasons, so please always ask for our latest offerings.
